Working remotely has become the norm for many of us. With the future of in-person officing uncertain, we could all use a little advice and inspiration for maintaining creativity, collaboration and relationships while working virtually.

Moderator:

Kerrey Lubbe - Senior Copywriter, Bozell

Kerrey has nearly 15 years of marketing experience writing and producing effective advertising for clients in a variety of industries that include financial, retail, healthcare, nonprofits and more. At Bozell, she leads the brand messaging and creative copy for several clients, including Sioux Honey Association Co-op, Make-A-Wish Nebraska and OPPD.

Panelists:

Lauren Rock - Account Supervisor, RCG Advertising & Media

Lauren has been managing and optimizing complex programs for nearly two decades. As an Account Supervisor, she coordinates the efforts of a dedicated client-service team in efficiently executing marketing and media strategies. The team manages the development and seamless execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including coordinating creative deliverables, media strategy and budget management. From healthcare to retail, Lauren has extensive experience in planning and orchestrating campaigns for digital, social, broadcast and outdoor. She especially loves overseeing and coordinating logistics for special video production projects.

Prior to joining RCG, Lauren worked for the State of Nebraska, coordinating programs for the state’s Assistive Technology Partnership. This position involved data analysis, infrastructure development, marketing and strategic planning.

Lauren co-leads the Public Service Committee of the American Advertising Federation Omaha and is a member of AAF Omaha's Board of Directors. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s in Natural Resource Science.

Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with my family - her step-kids are the joys of my life. Lauren and her husband are huge football fans - Go Chiefs! She also loves getting outdoors with her rescue pup, Cap.

Cyndi Wenninghoff - Employee Success Manager, Quantum Workplace

Cyndi Wenninghoff has over 10 years of experience working in human resources in various industries including advertising, insurance, and technology. 

She currently works as the Employee Success Manager at Quantum Workplace in Omaha. At Quantum Workplace, she oversees the Employee Success area that is responsible for employee engagement, recruiting, DE&I, onboarding, and retention efforts. Previously she was the Director of Human Resources at SilverStone Group, a HUB International company as well as the Head of Talent at Bailey Lauerman. 

Outside of work, she is a member of the Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she serves as the marketing director of the HR Nebraska State Council, as well as the marketing director for the HR Nebraska State Conference. She is also the Communications and PR Coordinator for RISE Omaha, a motivating speaker series designed to inspire and unite women throughout Omaha, helping to connect women leaders and build the next generation of female business leaders.

Cyndi lives in Elkhorn, Nebraska with her husband, Kevin, and two children, Jade and Tanner. She loves being outside, listening to podcasts, meeting new people, and the beach.

Lindsey Rai Kortan - Chief Executive Officer, Ronald McDonald House Charities in Omaha

Lindsey Rai Kortan is the Chief Executive Officer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Omaha. She is responsible for executing the strategic vision for the organization as it aligns with the mission. Lindsey Rai originally began working for the Ronald McDonald House as the Director of Development and was appointed Executive Director nine months later.  She brings with her a diverse professional background inclusive of academic administration, non-profit management, and environmental compliance.

She is originally from California and has been living in Omaha for the past nine years.  She earned her undergraduate degree on the President’s List for English Literature at California State University, Long Beach and her Masters of Public Policy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with emphasis on Oceanic Law and Policy.

Alycia Dinan - VP Meetings and Conventions, planit inc

As Vice President of Meetings and Conventions for planit inc, Alycia Dinan brings the best products and practices to the event planning process and ultimately to the attendees overall experience. Being in the industry for ten years now, our clients know that Alycia understand their objectives, their corporate culture and she work tirelessly on their behalf. Alycia manages a team of six who work from coast to coast as well as Internationally.

Lisa Healy - Senior Brand Strategist, Daake

If you want something done and done really well, Lisa's your go-to. She loves a challenge, is crazy resourceful, and has limitless passion for branding. With more than 20 years of client relations and strategy experience, she adds clarity and meaning to new and established brands.

Lisa currently serves as a Senior Brand Strategist at Daake, working with clients like FNBO, Immanuel, Green Plains and CyncHealth. She's also an AAF Omaha past-president and previously worked for Webster Design, Bernstein-Rein Advertising and MMG Worldwide.

When she's not working, Lisa can be found playing with her two Golden Retrievers or living the sweet dance mom life.

Mike Stodden, General Sales Manager, FOX42

Over a 40+ year career in broadcast sales, Mike Stodden still gets excited about creating and presenting innovative ideas that solve customer’s marketing goals.  Mike started his career in his hometown of Sioux City, Iowa where he began on the production crew running studio camera then moving up as Floor Director to the audio booth and, finally, as Director.  He then moved into Creative Services writing and producing local commercials and station promos.  This production background served him well as he transitioned into the Account Executive role.  In 1988, Mike made the move to the big city of Omaha and has held AE and management roles with KMTV, Journal Broadcast Group and KPTM/KXVO.  Mike is currently the General Sales Manager for FOX42 KPTM and CW15 KXVO, stations that are a part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
