Social media is a fast-paced, ever-changing, ever-growing part of the marketer’s toolbelt. But with conflicting advice on best practices, social strategies, branding, and more, how do we successfully use these tools? How do you know if it’s working and when it's working? What’s the best way to market on social media? Are you tiking and toking, sharing your blogs and using influencers?

AAF Omaha is bringing together a panel of experts to answer as many of your questions as possible! Join us for a lively, social and informative discussion on "The State of Social Media Today" and what to expect tomorrow.

    Panelists:

Brianna Olson graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017 with a degree in journalism with a concentration in PR and advertising. Olson went on to work in client relations at Envoy, Inc. working with Boys Town and Hiland Diary, while also managing their social media channels. She also gained paid media experience at Bailey Lauerman, negotiating and implementing campaigns for Phillips 66 and Kendall Motor Oil. Throughout her career, she still found her love for social media calling her name. Today, Olson is planning the strategy and coordinating the implementation of social media campaigns for both Fusion Medical Staffing and their new platform, Fusion Marketplace. She wears many hats, writing social copy, creating graphics, communicating with healthcare travelers as the voice of Fusion and crafting influencer campaigns. When she isn't on scrolling Instagram, Brianna likes to go thrifting, do hot yoga, and hang with her cat, Groot.
