Ginny Allumbaugh, Director of Media Services at Anderson Partners


Ginny is the Director of Media Services at Anderson Partners, a full-service advertising agency and marketing communication firm. She develops strategic media plans for the firm and its clients. She also plays an integral role in maintaining media partnerships, negotiating sponsorships and evaluating media platform effectiveness, while ensuring the smartest use of clients’ marketing dollars. She works directly with media contacts to explore new touch points and increase client exposure. Ginny has been with Anderson Partners since 2017 and before that, spent 12 years with Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. as a marketing manager/media buyer. Ginny is originally from Shenandoah, IA and is a graduate of Dana College. She lives in Council Bluffs with her husband Brently and their two cats Alex and Thomas. She is a huge fan of Creighton Basketball, Marvel movies and 80’s music and is an expert in Friends trivia.

Kay Wigle, Senior Vice President - Media Director at Swanson Russell

Kay Wigle is the Senior Vice President/Media Director at Swanson Russell and leads a team of 14 in the process of media planning and buying.  Through her years 35+ of industry experience, she has worked on a wide variety of clients — local, regional, national and international. These clients have had diverse objectives and goals necessitating an intimate knowledge of the strengths, uses and trends of all types of media: television (national, spot and addressable/OTT), radio (network, spot and digital), print, out-of-home, social and digital (banner, digital and mobile pre-roll, paid search, programmatic and remarketing).  She has led her team to become Google certified, with the agency being recognized as a Premier Certified Partner in 2016.

Rick Mariano, Vice President of Digital Marketing Services for Hearst DMS | InVue Digital Agency


Rick Mariano is Vice President of Digital Marketing Services at Hearst DMS, responsible for the success of the LocalEdge and InVue Digital businesses. Under Mariano’s direction, Hearst DMS provides a full suite of powerful online marketing services to thousands businesses across the country.

He has driven industry-leading performance through evolving technologies in the digital marketing space. Working for Hearst DMS since 2010, Mariano’s large team of digital strategists have combined continuous research and development, the power and reach of the Hearst Corporation, with online technology for optimal marketing campaign results.

In 2015, Rick developed and launched a new digital agency under the Hearst umbrella of digital marketing agencies. InVue Digital has experienced significant and consistent growth since inception by providing expert level digital marketing services to mid-market businesses and larger SMB’s across the country.

Liz Enfield, Vice President of Client Analytics at Centro

Liz Enfield is the Vice President of Client Analytics at Centro where she is responsible for leading a team of analysts in providing data strategy and in-depth media analysis to both brands and agencies across all verticals. In her 10 years at Centro, Liz has seen the evolution of media measurement from basic metrics to MTA and MMM, and she finds the new challenges with the elimination of cookies to be an opportunity to further evolve the way we track and measure media performance. With a bachelor’s in Economics, she most enjoys the blending of hard data and business insights to create performance narratives for Centro clients and furthermore training her team on data storytelling.

Liz and her husband, who is also in the ad tech industry, recently completed a historic home renovation in Chicago where they live with their two young daughters, ages 3 and 1.

Julio Aguirre, Senior Creative Strategist at Verizon Media

Aguirre was born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in the Midwest. Iowa holds a special place in his heart. Aguirre holds an Associate’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Bachelor’s in Business. He is currently a Senior Account Strategist. On any given day he handles optimization, pitches new formats to our clients, and manages client relationships.

Aguirre is proud of his work at Verizon Media; he won the coveted Lead Award in 2019, Global Lead for United, handling a few of  Verizon Media's largest accounts like Walmart and Sleep Number. Recently, he have been tasked to increase our diversity in our Strategist Org. With help from other Verizon Media associates they were able to create a Hiring Best Practices doc that included building a diversity pipeline.

Outside of work, Aguirre enjoys long walks around his neighborhood with his new dog Omar. Taking photos of the food that he cooks and he is thinking about opening a taco restaurant in a few years. His 6-year-old daughter sings John Mayer with him and his 2-year-old baby girl does somersaults around the house. Aguirre has an impressive shoes collection, enjoys making people smile and loves Beyonce!

Dave Smith, Senior Director, Advertising Operation, Verizon Media

Dave began his career in Atlanta in Research, Marketing and Sales Promotions for the local Fox affiliate.  He moved to CBS Station Sales and spent 8 years selling spot TV with a focus on General Motors, Hyundai, and McDonalds.  In 2009, he relocated to Omaha to begin his career as a National Sales Executive with Yahoo!  Now spanning over 12 years, he has held a variety of roles including an International assignment in Dublin from 2018-2019, where he relaunched and centralized the Account Strategy team supporting Europe/Middle East/Africa markets.  In 2019, he returned to Omaha as the Head of Advertising Operations and Global Services for Verizon Media supporting all markets for committals and bookings, order management, creative trafficking, optimization insights, and billing reconciliations across across managed IO and Programmatic platforms.

He lives in Dundee with his wife and 3 children and is happy to be back in Omaha!
