Bios:
Shane R. Thielen, Suiter Swantz Intellectual Property - Patent Attorney
Shane R. Thielen is a patent attorney with Suiter Swantz IP. Shane received a B.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received a Juris Doctor, with honors, from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to coming to Suiter Swantz IP, Shane worked as a computer programmer for Ameritrade Inc. where he became a registered investment advisor. Shane focuses his work on preparing foreign and domestic patent applications as well as preparing and prosecuting trademark registrations. Shane is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is also a member of the Patent Bar, and the Nebraska State Bar.
Brad Eubanks, RCG Advertising and Media – Creative Director
Brad Eubanks is Creative Director at RCG Advertising & Media. He has 25+ years of experience leading creative teams for full-service agencies in Chicago, Louisville, and Salt Lake City. His past work includes messaging strategy and execution and deep-rooted knowledge of consumer and shopper marketing across B2C & B2B, having worked with clients such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Mondelez, Beam Suntory, Topco, True Value, Midwest Dairy, and National Beef.
