Hear from keynote speaker, Adam Baumgartner on his AdVentures with Wells Enterprises.
BIO:
Adam Baumgartner is currently the Vice President of Integrated Business Communications at Wells Enterprises, a newly formed role he has held since early 2023. In this position Adam is responsible for leading the overall business communications strategy for the organization, focusing on both internal and external communications effectiveness.
Adam joined Wells in February of 2003 as an Associate Brand Manager, and has held a variety of different marketing, sales, and communications leadership positions during his career of over 20 years at the company.
Prior to Wells, Adam worked as a Brand and Innovation Manager for The Foreign Candy Company, leading marketing and innovation strategies for the retail and foodservice channels. He began his career with Terra Industries after graduating with degrees in Marketing and Economics from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA.
After growing up in Minnesota, Adam, his wife Lynn, and their three children have been proud residents of The Ice Cream Capital of the World in LeMars, IA, for over 20 years.
Adam’s favorite Wells product is Blue Bunny Peanut Butter Party.
