AAF Nebraska's 2023-2024 Board of Directors will be honored, new board members will be introduced, and outgoing President Cassi Warren will give a club recap. Chris LaCroix will share federation goals for the year.

Heather Legge
Heather Legge is a certified executive coach, the founder of Envision Success Inc, author of Lead With Moxie.
Since starting an independent coaching firm in 2006, Heather has worked with hundreds of business owners, as well as leaders and teams in larger organizations including First National Bank, Salvation Army, Mass Mutual, Cresa, Wells Fargo, CSG, Fidelity, Farmers Insurance, YMCA, and many more.
Prior to leadership coaching, she earned her master’s in business administration and achieved various career milestones.
Heather is a “recovering perfectionist,” data nerd, red wine lover, beach comber, and has a love/hate relationship with running(!). She lives in Omaha, where she met her husband of 25+ years. She enjoys food, fitness, wine, and travel, and especially when they all happen together!
She is passionate about making a positive impact in her local community and far beyond - and is consistently serving in leadership networks and philanthropic groups. Heather is currently the President of The Rotary Club of Omaha.
