AAF Nebraska is featuring world-renowned author Jeremy Harris Lipschultz, who will be discussing the newest edition of Social Media Measurement & Management: Entrepreneurial Digital Analytics, second edition (2025).

Lipschultz is the Peter Kiewit Distinguished Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). His current book is one of four in this area published by Routledge in the UK including Social Media Law & Ethics, second edition (2026) and Social Media Communication: Concepts, Practices, Data, Law and Ethics, fifth edition slated for 2027. During AdReads Lipschultz will wrap his discussion around several of these book projects and concepts.

Social Media Measurement & Management: Entrepreneurial Digital Analytics applies a critical and practical lens to the world of social media analytics exploring the foundations of digital data, strategic tools, and best practices in an accessible volume for practitioners and students of social media communication.

More about Jeremy Harris Lipschultz:

Professor Lipschultz was guest editor for the 75th Anniversary issue of Journalism & Mass Communication Educator, where he was book review editor for more than a decade. He teaches: Social Media Communication; Social Media Measurement & Management; Communication Law & Policy; Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC); Media Entrepreneurship and other courses.

For six years, he was a blogger for Huffington Post and currently posts articles on LinkedIn. His leadership included a decade as School of Communication director and lead for the UNO Social Media Lab for Research and Engagement. Lipschultz and his students helped more than a dozen rural communities across Nebraska and Iowa develop successful social media strategies, tactics and practices.
